Financiers are French butter cakes made with almond flour and brown butter.

Brown butter and almond flour make up the largest proportion of the recipe, giving financiers their rich buttery flavour and distinctive nutty aroma.

Because we describe our financiers as being made with almond flour, we often get questions about whether they are gluten-free.

However, we also use a small amount of regular wheat flour to give financiers their classic structure and texture,

so our financiers are not gluten-free.

Our weekly financier lineup is updated every Sunday. Orders placed and confirmed from Sunday through Thursday will be delivered on Saturday in sequence.

Deliveries start from 11 AM and are made throughout the day. We’ll text you with an estimated delivery time before heading your way.

Financiers are best enjoyed within 3 days when stored at room temperature, while cookies are best enjoyed within about 5 days.

If you’d like to keep them longer, we recommend sealing them well and freezing them.

When ready to enjoy, simply thaw them at room temperature.

***A little tip for an even better experience!

Warm your financier in a preheated oven or air fryer at 160°C until heated through, then let it cool slightly before enjoying. This gives it that freshly baked feel!
